Current Role: Sales, Graduate
My experience at P&G...
When I started at P&G I wasn’t sure what to expect, having never worked in a corporate environment before. Whatever expectations I did have, the first few weeks spectacularly exceeded them. Everyone at P&G is so nice; friendly, kind, and patient with silly questions – you couldn’t ask for better people to work with.
The training experience has been immersive, diverse, and fast-paced. From engaging, interactive classroom learning, to pounding the streets of London selling P&G products to trade, you’re constantly being challenged to push yourself to grow and improve. Every training course is delivered by an experienced colleague who knows what it’s like to be a new graduate employee. They are now, in turn role models for us within the organisation.
P&G really look after their employees, and we’ve enjoyed lots of lovely meals, networking opportunities, and new experiences as part of our training. P&G’s ethos and commitment to constant learning, growth, and improvement is admired across the FMCG industry, and from my personal training experience, it’s easy to see why we’re the envy of many other companies.
